Payment methods All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Gift certificates are available in any amount, service or package and are nonrefundable.
Gratuities For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all of your services. Please not that gratuities are added based on the original service price. If you wish to give additional gratuities to your spa therapist, please feel free to do so. If you wish to pay for gratuities seperately please let us know as well, and please remember that the recommended gratuity is 20% of original service price. Thank you.
Reservations Please call or schedule online to secure an appointment at a time that suits your schedule. We all will agree time is our most valuable asset. Advanced scheduling is recommended. All appointments, even those with gift certificates, are guaranteed with a credit card at the time of scheduling.
No-Shows/Cancellations A 24-hour cancellation/change notice is required for services. Any change made with less than a 24-hour notice is subject to a 50% service charge. A no call/no show is subject to a 100% service charge. You will have the option to choose a different payment method at the time of your service.
